MC&B OPENED ITS DOORS IN 1997 in Sea Girt, NJ, with the mission of serving Monmouth and Ocean counties with quality legal services. Using our depth of experience we achieve real results, educating and empowering our clients with the legal options that best suit their personal or professional challenges and goals.
Partners, G. Kevin Callahan, Esq. and Margaret L. Blair, Esq., are joined by two additional, highly experienced attorneys James J. Kinneally, III and Richard D. Aljian, Jr. and an exceptional support staff.
Our attorneys work with each client to represent their interests whether in purchasing or selling real estate, preparing estate documents, assisting with administration of an estate or representing them before local municipal boards for land use applications, litigation matters or a workers’ compensation claim.
